La Mirage Motel fire started by homeless activity: fire officials

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — Bakersfield firefighters battled the flames at La Mirage Motel Sunday night.

The fire broke out at about 10:34 p.m., and fire officials said a homeless person started the blaze.
