BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — Lawyers in Kern County are volunteering their services again to help adults with previous criminal convictions get some of them off their record.
A Pre-Expungement Clinic is scheduled to take place March 19 at the Kern County Law Library located at 1415 Truxtun Ave. The event is set to take place from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Officials said that applicants can’t have any open cases, be on probation, under mandatory supervision, or be on parole to be eligible. No juvenile or federal will be considered.
All fines and fees must be paid in full. Valid identification and your case numbers are required to be able to attend. Only charges and cases in Kern County will be evaluated, according to officials…
