A California mother whose baby died after she left him in a hot car took a plea deal that will land her behind bars for 15 years.

Maya Hernandez pleaded no contest to involuntary manslaughter as part of the plea deal on Wednesday, Feb. 11, which saw prosecutors drop a first-degree murder charge, according to KFSN, KTVU and KGET.
