TikTok users from across the country are tuned into Bakersfield residents’ stories about a 911 dispatcher who has earned a reputation for harsh and snarky comments while speaking to callers.

Natalia Mount was one of the first to post about the rude 911 dispatcher. Her video has over 7 million views and 1.2 million likes. People from all over the world made jokes about the Bakersfield operator.
