Scrivner remains in compliance with terms of diversion program

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — Former Kern County supervisor Zack Scrivner remains in compliance with the terms of the mental health diversion program he was granted entry to in December.

Superior Court Judge Marcos Camacho, Joseph Penney of the state Attorney General’s Office and Scrivner’s attorney, H.A. Sala, all agreed Scrivner was in compliance at a brief hearing Thursday.
