BAKERSFIELD, Calif.(KBAK/KBFX) — Drivers in Bakersfield should plan for a series of road and freeway closures beginning Monday, March 2, including multiple overnight shutdowns around the Highway 99 and Highway 58 interchange on Wednesday, March 4 and two weeks of work on Elcia Drive.

Starting Monday, March 2, Elcia Drive east of S. Real Road will be closed to traffic for two weeks while utility work is completed in the area.
