BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — Six alleged repeat offenders of organized retail theft were arrested Thursday, according to the Bakersfield Police Department.
BPD’s Organized Retail Theft unit carried out an operation Feb. 26, according to police. The suspects are accused of committing multiple retail thefts with a combined financial impact of $15,338.20 to retailers.

Sonny Cardoza, 46, was arrested on suspicion of charges including grand theft, organized retail theft, shoplifting and possession of stolen property, officials said. Cardoza is accused of 18 thefts from retailers such as Lowe’s, Target, JCPenney and Tractor Supply.
Anthony Carbone, 42, was arrested for charges related to grand theft, organized retail theft and conspiracy regarding four theft cases from Marshalls and TJ Maxx, according to investigators…
