BAKERSFIELD, Calif.(KBAK/KBFX) — The 63-year-old man who died after his vehicle collided with a tree and an abandoned building in Lake Isabella in February has been identified as Phillip Bryan Mouser, 63, from Bodfish.
The Kern County Coroner’s Office said that on Feb. 12, at around 5:08 p.m., Mouser struck an abandoned building in the 4100 block of Lake Isabella Boulevard.
