BAKERSFIELD, Calif.(KBAK/KBFX) — A woman who was riding an electric scooter is dead after being hit by a car in downtown Bakersfield, according to police.
The Bakersfield Police Department said officers responded to the crash on P Street and 4th Street around 12:02 a.m. on March 17th.
