BPD ask for public’s help to ID suspect in Fellowship Baptist Church burglary

BAKERSFIELD, Calif.(KBAK/KBFX) — The Bakersfield Police Department is asking for the community’s help in identifying a suspect connected to a burglary at a Baptist church on Stine Road.

Police said on Jan. 30, 2026, the suspect in the photo is accused of breaking into the Fellowship Baptist Church, located at 3001 Stine Road and removing church property.

The suspect is described as 6′ tall. He was last seen wearing a red hoodie with a logo of a person with one hand up and white letters on the sleeve, dark-colored pants, with red sweatpants underneath and dark-colored shoes. He was seen carrying a large, black backpack…
