BAKERSFIELD, CA (KUZZ) — A man suspected in the stabbing death of a woman in northeast Bakersfield has been arrested.
Victor Farias, 33, was apprehended Thursday in Tehachapi after police found an abandoned vehicle near Highway 58 and Tucker Road. Officers suspect Farias ditched the car after a hit and run accident.
Farias was wanted for homicide, assault with a deadly weapon, and domestic violence, after police responded Wednesday night to the Shadow Ridge Apartments in the 7000 block of College Avenue to find a woman suffering from severe injuries…
