BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — The second lane on Highway 58 at General Beale Road is closed Friday morning after a semi-truck has gone down into an embankment.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the semi-truck went down into the embankment at around 2:29 a.m. when the driver veered off the road.
