BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — A truck driver accused of knocking a man unconscious then threatening to shoot people who followed him to his vehicle was found not guilty of all charges.
A Kern County jury on Thursday acquitted Marcus Ivey of four felonies — including assault with a deadly weapon — and misdemeanor vandalism, according to a release from the Kern County Public Defender’s Office.
