BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — A woman died days after being involved in a crash with a Kern County Sheriff’s Office vehicle on Lerdo Highway in late March.
Officers with the California Highway Patrol responded to the area of Lerdo Highway at Magnolia Avenue for the report of a two-vehicle injury crash on March 22 around 1 p.m.
Investigation showed three people were traveling in a 2024 Nissan Altima on eastbound Lerdo Highway. At the same time, a sheriff’s deputy in a fully marked Ford Explorer patrol vehicle was traveling southbound on Magnolia Avenue approaching Lerdo Highway, according to CHP…
