Murder suspect makes first appearance in College Ave stabbing death

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — A man accused of killing the mother of two young girls was ordered held without bail during his arraignment Wednesday.

Not guilty pleas were entered on behalf of 33-year-old Victor Farias Jr., who’s charged with first-degree murder and other crimes in the stabbing death of Yolanda Rojo, 30.

Farias — who’s the father of Rojo’s children — is due back in court later this month…
