BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — The Kern County Coroner’s Office identified a man struck and killed in a hit-and-run crash in the Oildale area Wednesday morning.
Coroner officials identified the man as Urbano Murillo Jr., 39, of Shafter.
Murillo was pronounced dead at the scene in the 1300 block of Manor Street.
