BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — A 27-year-old man made his first court appearance Tuesday in connection with a deadly shooting outside an Oildale bar.
A not guilty plea was entered on behalf of Steven Quick, who’s charged with first-degree murder in the shooting death of Jason Scot Hall, 43.
