BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — A man who was allegedly driving under the influence of alcohol and on the wrong side of Highway 99 when he collided with another vehicle, killing one person and wounding several others, has been charged with four felonies.
Jaymar Alejo, 28, was charged Tuesday with gross vehicular manslaughter while intoxicated, two counts related to DUI causing injury and driving the wrong way on a divided highway, according to court records.
