BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) — A weather system is making its way to California with possible rain to hit Kern County on Tuesday.
There is a pocket of cold air aloft associated with the core of the trough, and a Pacific frontal system extending out to the east and southeast.
