Scrivner found in compliance with diversion program terms

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — Former Kern County supervisor Zack Scrivner remains in compliance with the terms of his mental health diversion program as of Thursday.

Superior Court Judge Marcos Camacho, Joseph Penney with the state Attorney General’s Office and Scrivner’s attorney H.A. Sala all agreed he was in compliance during a diversion hearing Thursday morning.
