BAKERSFIELD, Calif.(KBAK/KBFX) — Police said a 49-year-old Tulare man was arrested on Monday, two days after he allegedly stole approximately $1,000 worth of flooring from The Home Depot in Delano.
On Saturday, April 25, 2026, at around 7:30 a.m., Delalo police received a report of a theft at The Home Depot at 601 Woolomes Avenue. A preliminary investigation revealed that a man had stolen approximately $1,000 worth of flooring, said officials. He left the area in a red Dodge Dakota before paying, but police obtained his license number.
On Monday, Delano PD detectives, assisted by the Tulare Police Department, served a search warrant in the 200 block of North Los Angeles Street in Tulare.
