BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — The attorney representing Arturo Munoz, who’s facing two counts of murder in connection with a deadly alleged drunken driving crash, said in court Tuesday he’s currently in trial and won’t be available for two months.
Defense attorney David A. Torres was granted a postponement to June 24 for Munoz’s trial. At that point, his current trial is expected to be over — or at least winding down.
