BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — Students and parents alike at CSU Bakersfield are saying they are frustrated with a graduation gown regalia company because their graduation gear hasn’t arrived as graduation inches closer.
Donna Ruiz, a parent of a CSUB student, said soon-to-be graduates are growing frustrated because their gowns are late. She said the graduation gown company, Balfour, isn’t picking up phone calls from parents.
