BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — A Santa Ana man accused of traveling to Bakersfield with the intent of having sex with a 14-year-old girl has been found not competent to stand trial.
A judge made that ruling Wednesday in the case against Sergio Estrada, 20, and criminal proceedings have been suspended.
