Weekend lane, ramp closures planned on I-83 in Baltimore for graffiti removal

BALTIMORE (WBFF) — Drivers on the Jones Falls Expressway this weekend should prepare for lane reductions, shifting traffic patterns, and several ramp closures as crews work to remove graffiti and paint a light rail bridge over I-83.

The Baltimore City Department of Transportation said temporary lane and ramp closures will be in effect along the Jones Falls Expressway/I-83 as the Maryland Department of Transportation Maryland Transit Administration works with the city to paint the light rail bridge that crosses the expressway.
