HARFORD COUNTY, Md. (WBFF) — A Baltimore City Schools teacher and administrator was featured in a “Takedown with Chris Hansen” YouTube video that was posted Thursday following an undercover investigation into the online solicitation of minors.
Dennis Jutras, 61, of Aberdeen, was arrested last month and is facing charges, officials said.
