ESSEX, MD—Baltimore County officials will break ground Thursday on a new, expanded Essex Precinct station, marking the police department’s second major facility project launched this year.
Police Chief Robert McCullough and County Executive Kathy Klausmeier are scheduled to join members of the Baltimore County Council and local residents for the 2 p.m. ceremony at the current precinct site, located at 216 N. Marlyn Ave.
