A person was found dead at the scene of an apartment fire in the South Baltimore neighborhood of Cherry Hill on Tuesday night, according to the Baltimore Fire Department.
Around 10 p.m., Baltimore firefighters responded to the 2300 block of Round Road for a report of a fire. When crews arrived, they found a body outside the building.
