Baltimore homicide detectives are once again asking the public to step up, renewing an appeal Wednesday for help identifying the suspects and a vehicle tied to a January triple shooting that killed 25‑year‑old Treyvon Matthews. The gunfire erupted on Jan. 15 in the 2100 block of West Patapsco Avenue, leaving Matthews dead and two other men wounded.
In a post on X published June 10, the Baltimore Police Department said homicide detectives are seeking tips that could point to the people or vehicle involved. According to the department’s official media advisory for the Jan. 15 incident, Southern District officers responded around 9:34 p.m. to the 2100 block of W. Patapsco Avenue and found three male victims. One of them, later identified as Matthews, was pronounced dead at the scene (Baltimore Police Department).

The triple shooting unfolded at the Hollinswood Park shopping center, where the gunfire left one man dead and two others hospitalized. The surviving victims, reported as a 24‑year‑old man and a 38‑year‑old man, were taken to area hospitals in stable condition.
