BALTIMORE (WBFF) — A Baltimore man and convicted felon has been charged with federal gun charges in connection with a domestic violence dispute, according to the Maryland U.S. Attorney’s Office.
Marquis Thomas, 34, of Baltimore, is charged with one count of possession of a firearm and ammunition by a prohibited person.
At the time of the offense, Thomas, a convicted felon, was prohibited from possessing a gun, and authorities said he knowingly possessed a Hi-Point JHP .45 Auto Pistol that was loaded with nine rounds of ammunition. That gun also had an obliterated serial number…
