The team behind a Maryland spirits brand is preparing to elevate the distillery experience. Baltimore Spirits Company will be debuting a new production facility featuring a restaurant called Spirit Run by Baltimore Spirits Company in Hampden, reports Baltimore Magazine.
The establishment will be opening its doors in a storefront on Hickory Avenue off of 36th Street, in the former home of a defunct furniture store.
Baltimore Spirits Company’s new stomping ground will redefine what many have come to expect from a distillery. Co-owner Max Lents explains that Spirit Run by Baltimore Spirits Company will eschew the model typically associated with American distilleries, opting for a more European experience, complete with a French inflected menu.
