A mass shooting early Saturday in Maryland left six people wounded, including two children, according to local authorities.
The Anne Arundel County Police Department said in a statement on X that patrol officers responded to an “unknown disturbance” at about 4:40 a.m. in the suburban community of Hanover outside Baltimore, where they found a large crowd actively dispersing and a man with froa gunshot wound to his torso.
EMS took the man to a hospital for injuries that were not life-threatening.
