Happy Birthday, America! A few things to address today with the weather, as it may affect your plans. We continue with our Excessive Heat Warning as this may be the 3rd day in a row over 100℉. With this comes poor Air Quality in the Code Orange to Red range. Heat Index Values are again expected to reach above 110℉. Baltimore has not tapped a new record yet, while Washington DC has. Today, that may change.
While storms did not develop for us yesterday, the ridge is breaking down, and the chance for Severe Storms increases. Our region has a Level 3 Enhanced Risk with wind gusts over 70 mph possible…
