Baltimore Gas and Electric (BGE) filed a rate case with the Maryland Public Service Commission seeking an increase of $156 million.
The additional revenue is needed to ensure that BGE can maintain its electrical system and continue to provide reliable service to its customers in Maryland. The proposal is focused on the essential maintenance and reliability work required to keep power flowing safely to more than 1.3 million electric customers.
