The three-story building at 1001-1003 W. 36th St., home of Ma Petite Shoe and Transmission Tattoo, is being offered in an online-only auction that begins on Friday, July 24, and ends at noon on Wednesday, July 29. Alex Cooper Auctioneers is handling the sale. The opening bid is $650,000. An Open House for prospective bidders has been set for July 24 starting at 11 a.m. in front of the building.
