Monday was not supposed to be a dramatic day in Glen Arm. But shortly before noon, smoke was already pouring from the second floor and attic of a home on the 12000 block of Long Green Pike and crews hadn’t even made entry yet.

Baltimore County Fire crews were dispatched at 11:17 AM on August 31. When they arrived, the fire had already climbed past the second floor and settled into the attic. All occupants got out safely. No civilian injuries were reported.
