BALTIMORE (WBFF) — A 63-year-old Baltimore man has been arrested in connection with a hit-and-run from earlier this month near the Public Service Commission of Maryland building, according to the Baltimore Police Department.
On Sept. 3, officers responded to a reported hit-and-run crash at the intersection of N. Charles and W. Fayette Streets.
