A Maryland college graduate went to California chasing sunsets. She never made it home.
Eagla Tilahun, a recent Towson University graduate, was on a graduation trip in San Diego when she was detained by US Immigration and Customs Enforcement, according to friends who are now raising money to get her back to Maryland.
