October 4 Sunday Morning Report
Let’s cut to the chase.. The rain yesterday held on longer than expected in Central Maryland and arrived later in Southern Maryland. This was due to the slow progress of the cold front, but we did end up in the 60s.
The rest of the day played out, but it was symbolic of the issue with model guidance struggling with the timing and placement of weather systems. I am taking notes, and the last two weeks have helped show some patterns in the errors that I may be able to apply going forward…
