BALTIMORE (WBFF) — A federal judge has dismissed the mortgage fraud count against former Baltimore City State’s Attorney Marilyn Mosby after prosecutors said they would not retry her.
U.S. District Judge Lydia Griggsby granted the government’s request Wednesday and dismissed the count “with prejudice,” meaning Mosby cannot be retried on that charge. The judge said the court will enter an amended judgment reflecting the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals’ earlier ruling.
