BALTIMORE, Md. (WBFF) — A federal judge has dismissed the mortgage fraud charge against former Baltimore City State’s Attorney Marilyn Mosby, a move that allows her to keep her Florida vacation home as prosecutors say they do not plan to retry her.
The recent decision leaves Mosby’s perjury convictions in place, but she will be able to keep the Florida home at the center of the mortgage fraud allegation.
