PERRY HALL, Md. — Baltimore County Councilman David Marks announced Monday that an agreement has been reached to transfer ownership of the historic Perry Hall Mansion to the Preservation Alliance of Baltimore County.
Baltimore County Government will transfer the mansion it has owned since 2001. During that time, the county made structural repairs and added a heating and air conditioning system to the property.
