BALTIMORE (WBFF) – Today at 11am, former Maryland deputy Attorney General, Thiru Vignarajah, will announce his plan to run for Mayor of Baltimore as a Democrat. The press conference will be held outside of City Hall, and plans on discussing how this run will be different from the past.
