BALTIMORE (WBFF) – Sheila Dixon announced her public safety plan if she wins the race for mayor and it is focused on decreasing crime and accountability. “There’s nothing more important to the long-term health of our city than improving public safety,” Dixon said. “Crime is hurting our neighborhoods and businesses, deterring investment and stunting our growth. Most importantly, Baltimoreans don’t feel safe in their own communities.”
