Gov. Moore unveils new plan to address poverty in Maryland

Maryland Gov. Wes Moore used a stop in south Baltimore Monday to unveil legislation designed to address poverty. Moore was at Life Church Ministries, not far from the site of the Brooklyn Homes mass shooting, to talk about the ENOUGH Act. If passed, it would commit $15 million annually to provide state and private grants to communities to address issues like housing, crime and job opportunities.
