Former security guard sentenced to 60 years for killing man during gas station argument

A woman from Baltimore received the maximum sentence for shooting and killing a man during an argument at a gas station where she was working as a security guard in 2022. Kanisha Spence, of Baltimore, was sentenced to 40 years for second-degree murder and 20 years for using a firearm. The sentence will be served consecutively. Spence will not be eligible for parole for the first five years of the sentence.
