WASHINGTON – A Maryland teenager is facing charges in connection to a deadly shooting that happened in D.C. late last year. According to the Metropolitan Police Department, the shooting happened just after 11:45 a.m. on December 18, 2023, when officers were called to the 5400 block of Illinois Avenue, Northwest.
