West Baltimore fire took 1 hour to bring under control, says fire department

BALTIMORE (WBFF) – It took Baltimore firefighters about an hour to bring a fire in West Baltimore under control, according to the Baltimore City Fire Department. The fire broke out about 1 p.m. in the 2200 block of West Fayette Street. When firefighters arrived, they found heavy smoke and fire coming from a rowhome.
