Dimas Alexis Lazo, of College Park, met the girl on a social media app and arranged to meet at a home in Woodbridge, Prince William County police said.
Lazo was found sexually assaulting the girl inside of the home by a family member who intervened on Nov. 26, 2023, around 12:30 a.m., county police said.
Lazo fled the home and has been charged on warrant with rape. He’s described as a Hispanic male, approximately 5’8”, 250lbs., with brown hair and brown eyes.
