BALTIMORE (WBFF) – A 14-year-old student at Stadium School was arrested this morning and charged with a handgun violation, according to Baltimore City Public Schools. The student was arrested after a brief foot chase by a Baltimore City Schools police officer, according to Baltimore City Schools spokesperson Sherry Christian.
